How To Find Openly Licensed Educational Resources You Can Use [Infographic] | OER | Educación y TIC | Scoop.it
Most of us turn to the internet when we are looking for resources to use for a presentation, report or article. The internet holds the key to so many robust resources.

Yet how many of these resources can you legally use for free? How many of them can you adapt?

That’s where Open Educational Resources (OER) can help. Here’s an infographic from the Center for Open Educational Resources and Language Learning (at the University of Texas at Austin) that can help.

Every language teacher and student should contribute to make this a powerful resource concept. Language is an instrument; use it, take care of it, share it.

Flipping The Flipped Classroom - Motion Infographics For STEM Learning

Flipping The Flipped Classroom - Motion Infographics For STEM Learning | Educación y TIC | Scoop.it

"At its simplest, a flipped format can involve a teacher inviting students to view YouTube videos at home as a preview to the day's topic. At its most rigorous, a flipped curriculum involves teachers writing, producing, directing, editing, and posting their own original lessons -- complete with custom narrations and visualizations -- via third-party applications."

These motion infographics look interesting. I wonder if I can find content for my class?

Won Ho :<생각이 깊은 교수님의 글이라서 연구해봐야겠다.>

Why should the video watching previous to in-class? The core is quality video access and intensive in-class interaction. The lecture can't complete with these superb ones.

"Changing Course: Ten Years of Tracking Online Education in the United States"

Top Free Classes's curator insight, January 22, 2013 2:39 AM

I love data: clean, meaningful, speaks for itself. The survey showed that the learning outcome of online courses vs. face-to-face is mostly the same.  12% of institutions already have or planning MOOCs, 55% have not decided. There is also data on online learning growth and # of online students, but it's till 2011, so excludes MOOCs that started 2012. Also, while most of academic leaders remain unconvinced that MOOCs represent a sustainable method for offering online courses,  they do believe that they provide an important means for institutions to learn about online pedagogy.
