Good Things From Italy - Le Cose Buone d'Italia

Al via il nuovo evento dedicato al mondo del caffè e della caffetteria italiana.

Le più importanti associazioni del settore in collaborazione con aziende che gravitano intorno al mondo dell'espresso italiano daranno vita alla prima manifestazione – show room rivolto a tutti coloro che operano nella filerà del caffè.

In un'unica giornata sarà possibile partecipare ad una serie di eventi e conoscere le aziende e i prodotti di maggior rilievo del mondo del caffè.
L'evento si svolgerà nel cuore di Milano all'interno della prestigiosa SALA GIUSEPPE ORLANDO, (presso la sede CONFCOMMERCIO MILANO . CORSO VENEZIA, 49 - MILANO).

Durante la giornata si svolgerà:
- la seconda edizione del Gran premio della caffetteria –
concorso nazionale tra maestri del caffè italiani - e
- una serie di convegni eventi dedicati al mondo del caffè e della caffetteria,
- inoltre saranno a disposizione bouvette per conoscere le proposte dei partner di questo evento.

Le aziende partner esporranno novità in merito a macchine espresso ,macinsadosatori, accessori, arredamenti, alimenti e bevande.

Trieste has a long association with coffee drinking and production. During the first World War, Hungarian Francesco Illy arrived in Trieste and in 1933 formed his company, the now world famous Illy Coffee, still based in Trieste and run by the Illy family.

Even before Illy arrived though, this aromatic beverage had been very much appreciated.

Today you can still find historical caffès in Trieste which first opened for business in the 19th century.

Many caffès of the time were in the Viennese style and had strong connections with the literary and artistic worlds.
